We must work to diversify the healthcare system and add female representation across all platforms. In order to confront and end these biases, representation is necessary in order to have open discussions. Similar backgrounds and perspectives makes receiving medical care a better experience and helps to develop a deeper understanding between patients and healthcare teams. Representation can lead to better healthcare for all!
